About Us
At Palmer Family Chiropractic, our mission is simple: to bring honest, science-based, small-town chiropractic care to the community we love. We believe healthcare should feel personal. It should feel local. And it should leave you feeling better—both in your body and in your day.
Our clinic was built on the idea that every person deserves a place where they’re truly cared for. No rushed visits. No confusing paperwork. No insurance hurdles. Just straightforward care focused on relieving pain, preventing future issues, and supporting your long-term health and wellbeing.
Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to feel your best, we’re here to help you move, live, and function at your best. We’re proud to serve Mulvane and the surrounding communities, and we look forward to getting to know you—not just as a patient, but as a neighbor.
Meet the Mulvane Chiropractic Team
Dr. Palmer, D.C.
Dr. Casey Palmer is proud to bring chiropractic care to a community that has quietly shaped him his entire life. Born in Clearwater and raised in Wichita, he grew up in that perfect in-between space, close enough to feel the rhythm of small-town life, and connected enough to know what it means when a community truly looks out for its own.
After graduating from the Independent School, Dr. Palmer attended Wichita State University and went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic University. No matter where his education took him, he always knew his heart belonged close to home.
While he grew up in Wichita, his family’s roots are in Mulvane and the surrounding area. His mother’s parents, Judy Hembroff and Tom Jones, were born and raised in Mulvane. His great-great-grandparents helped start a church in town. Growing up, he doesn’t remember a single year where his family didn’t attend Old Settlers. Some of his favorite childhood memories happened in Mulvane, including running around Main Street Park, spending time with cousins, and even winning Best in Show at a car show as a kid.
On his father’s side, he’s a third-generation medical professional. The Palmers have been tied to caring for local families for generations. His grandfather, Dr. Virgil Palmer D.D.S, and his father, Dr. Scott Palmer D.D.S, have served the Haysville community as their dentist for decades. Service, healthcare, and local community connection have always been part of Dr. Palmer’s family identity.
Opening a chiropractic office in Mulvane is a return to his roots and a chance to serve a town that has always felt like an extension of his own. Dr. Palmer is greatful for the opportunity to give back and provide care to a community that shaped his childhood and continues to mean so much to his family.
Judy Hembroff
Judy Hembroff was born and raised in Mulvane. She graduated from Mulvane High school in 1969. She went on to marry and start a family with her high school sweetheart, Tom Jones. She owned and operated her own beauty shop in the town. Over the years she lived and raised her family in the Mulvane and Derby area.
As a grandparent, she brought her grandkids to the town she grew up in, allowing them to have the same wonderful memories as she had. These days Judy works part-time as the Palmer Family Chiropractic receptionist. She’s excited to work with her grandson Dr. Palmer.
Chihiro Palmer
Chihiro (pronounced “she-hero”) is our committed Chiropractic Assistant. She keeps an eye on things, and makes sure everyone feels welcome. She proudly works for belly rubs and treats.
A Missouri rescue, Chihiro isn’t your typical Blue Heeler. She’s gentle, patient, and calm. She’s more likely to be found napping in the back than herding anything. When she’s not snoozing, she’ll quietly make her way to the waiting room to politely request head scratches from anyone willing to offer them. Chihiro takes her role as the office greeter very seriously. Tail wags included!
